  1. DriveMark Challenge (\u201cthe Contest\u201d) \u00a0is organised by KATSANA HOLDINGS SDN BHD (\u201cthe Organizer\u201d).<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. The contest is open to residents of Malaysia with a valid Malaysian driving license except employees of KATSANA Holdings Sdn Berhad and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the contest.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this contest.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. All registered DriveMark users will automatically be eligible to participate into the contest.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Only registration with valid email registered will be eligible to participate into the contest.<\/li>\n
  6. By entering this contest, an entrant is indicating his\/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.<\/span><\/li>\n

  8. Only one entry will be accepted per app registration. Multiple registration using multiple email from the same person will be disqualified<\/span>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. Only driving score and data during the campaign period will be considered in choosing the winner.<\/li>\n
  10. Data retrieved from the platform database will be used to determine the winners.<\/li>\n
  11. Data as seen on the app may not be an actual representative of the actual raw data.<\/li>\n
  12. The organizer holds no responsibilities for entries not received for whatever reason.<\/span><\/li>\n
  13. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend the contest and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the organizer\u2019s control. Any changes to the contest will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the organizer.<\/span><\/li>\n
  14. The organizer is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any external party circulating information regarding this contest<\/span>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  15. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.<\/span><\/li>\n
  16. Winners will be chosen based on the categories of the contest specified on the corresponding challenge page.<\/span><\/li>\n
  17. If a driver qualifies to win in two or more categories, the winner will only be chosen to be represented in one category, with precedence given to the potential highest prize value.<\/span><\/li>\n
  18. The winner will be notified by email within 60 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.<\/span><\/li>\n
  19. The organizer will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected or delivered.<\/span><\/li>\n
  20. The organizer\u2019s decision in respect of all matters to do with the contest will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.<\/span><\/li>\n
  21. By entering this contest, an entrant is indicating his\/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.<\/span><\/li>\n
  22. The contest and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Malaysia.<\/span><\/li>\n
  23. The winner agrees to the use of his\/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Malaysia data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant\u2019s prior consent.<\/span><\/li>\n

  25. KATSANA strives to provide to provide the best user experience it can by constantly pushing updates for bugs fixes. However, it will not be responsible for any untracked trips or false positive detected by the app as a result of device specification, low battery, signal lost, or faults in any nature.<\/li>\n
  26. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, media platform, or any other Social Network.<\/span><\/li>\n
  27. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Apple, Google or any other party apart from the organizer.<\/span><\/li>\n

  29. To opt out of the contest, registered DriveMark app users may send an email directly to contact@getdrivemark.comwith the subject \u201cOpt Out of DriveMark Challenge\u201d. \u00a0App users will need to specify in the email the email account used to register on DriveMark.<\/span><\/li>\n
  30. The organizer shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.<\/span><\/li>\n
